Since our products are delivered electronically as activation keys, refunds are limited. However, we will issue a refund under the following circumstances:
 


Eligible Cases for Refunds

  1. Unresolved Technical Issues

    • If the purchased product cannot be activated or used due to a technical problem, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 10 business days, you may request a refund.

  2. Unauthorized Charges

    • If your payment method has been charged without authorization, we will investigate and refund the transaction if confirmed.

  3. Payment Errors

    • Refunds may be issued if a payment was incorrectly processed, such as:

      • duplicate transactions,

      • incorrect amounts charged,

      • or checkout system errors.

  4. Fraudulent Transactions

    • If a purchase is confirmed to be fraudulent, the order will be canceled and refunded after investigation.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider refunds outside of the listed reasons. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Important Notice

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once an activation key has been successfully delivered and activated.

  • Refund rights for digital content differ from physical goods. Under applicable UK and EU law, once you access or activate a digital key, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
